Terms of Service

By engaging GlobalScale SEO for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GlobalScale SEO provides AI-powered SEO services including keyword research, content production, technical SEO audits, and performance reporting. The specific deliverables for each engagement are outlined in the service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. We accept card payments via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

3. Commitment & Cancellation

There is no lock-in period for the first 3 months. After month 3, the service continues on a monthly rolling basis. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to charles@globalscaleseo.com. No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation.

4. Month 1 Guarantee

If we fail to deliver the agreed month 1 deliverables (keyword research, content calendar, and first articles) on time, you are entitled to a full refund of month 1 fees. This guarantee applies to month 1 only.

5. No Ranking Guarantee

SEO results depend on many factors including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website technical health. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic volumes. We guarantee consistent, high-quality content delivery targeting the agreed keywords.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content produced by GlobalScale SEO for your account becomes your intellectual property. We retain the right to reference your engagement as a case study (without disclosing confidential data) unless you request otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, strategies, keyword lists, and business information.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobalScale SEO’s liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Singapore courts.
